We moved the brand beyond its roots in technical superiority to position PolyAI as an indispensable business partner. The launch of its new agentic platform reinforced that shift, demonstrating why PolyAI is the premium choice for enterprise customer service. The result is a brand renewal built to scale, just like their technology is.
A brand identity built around conversation.
PolyAI’s product understands people. The identity needed to show that. We developed a visual system based on fluid movement and modular components. A system that adapts across products, markets, and touchpoints without losing structure or liveliness. The verbal identity follows the same thinking, mirroring the product promise: confident, real and warm. PolyAI always sounds human, but holds up in enterprise settings.
A visual system that scales across channels, events, and conversations
With offices in 4 countries, serving 10+ industries through various highly complex products across dozens of use cases, PolyAI needed a visual identity to work as a scalable system as they grow toward and beyond unicorn status. And that’s what we set out to do, with conversational interfaces in the core, enhanced by motion-led identity that walks you through the value PolyAI provides, just like a natural human conversation should. It’s all about the confidence in delivery, never about moonshot promises.
A 360° launch campaign, delivered by Mr. Ramsay
To launch the refreshed brand both globally and across the US, we needed reach. And credibility. Preferably both.
Enter Gordon Ramsay.
He’s known for demanding the best from his restaurants, and his restaurants also happen to use PolyAI. That helped.
Finally. A campaign that f*ing travels.
The launch needed to work across markets and channels — and still hold attention. It also had to communicate the real business benefits PolyAI offers. So we built it that way. Working closely with PolyAI and production partner Bangerz & Nash from early concept and scripting through shoots and final edits, the campaign rolled out across 50+ placements in digital, OOH, and TV across the US. Just in time for The Big Game.
